Explain which license is used for NoScript in FAQ

https://noscript.net/faq doesn't contain the term `license`. Consider adding a developer FAQ and link in FAQ.

+1. The whole FAQ needs some major updating, this is a good thing to include.

Let's move this and your other two FAQ suggestion threads to NoScript General, they don't require changes to NoScript itself.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

Well, noscript.net and flashgot.net both contain a notice that the products are free software, with a link to the GPL...
