flashgot with its new jdownloder support

hello,
i found out that the new flashgot would support JDownloader so i updated. now i ask myself if this support is just for windows machines? because my linux version isnt for any installation because it can be started as an java app.. so in the flashgot dialogue the JDownloader Text is greyed out. could you help with this problem? for example to manually add Jdownloader in the list with the right parameters.

JDownloader integration works with latest trunk JDownloader (you've got to compile it from the SVN sources), no matter the OS, pending bugs on the JDownloader part which (according the the JD team) will be fixed before their stable release.
