it would be helpful to have noscript able to grant permissions only within a single tab, leaving the rest of the tabs protected. (it would be similarly helpful to find such a user agent manager.) this would be especially useful for the allow scripts globally feature.

Not permissions, but reloading can be handled.
5.2 When I change permissions, all the affected tabs/windows are reloaded, and sometimes this is annoying. I know I could turn off automatic reloading from NoScript Options|General, but can I disable it for background tabs/windows but keep it for the current tab only?
