[RESOLVED] upgrading to Firefox 35.0 limited NoScript menu

Post by Guest »

Without changing any NoScript options, I could no longer see a list of scripts on any web page after upgrading to Firefox 35.0 yesterday. Whether hovering, right clicking or left clicking, all I could see in the NoScript menu was: Recently blocked sites >, options.., and About NoScript 2.6.8.3. I read the NoScript FAQ and searched this forum without finding any clues. I looked in NoScript options menu and saw no way to turn the list of scripts on. Based on a recommendation from Giorgio, upgrading to the newest version of NoScript fixed the problem. The lesson here is, if you are having a problem, upgrade to the newest version of the software because it may fix the discrepancy. I feel foolish for not thinking of that myself, but since my review turned up nothing, I am posting here in case it helps someone else.

*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
