[RESOLVED]Lacking feature: Undo whitelisting without blackli
I often encounter the situation that NoScript blocks some site functionality and I have to figure out what domain I have to allow in order to enable that particular functionality. Usually I temporaray allow the suspected domains until I find the one providing the missing functionality. So far, so good. However, sometimes I accidentaly click on "allow" instead of "temporarily allow", whitelisting the domain. When I find out that this domain doesn't provide the functionality I want to simply remove it from the whitelist WITHOUT blacklisting it at the same time - just undoing the whitelisting! Yet annoyingly, NoScript seems to provide no way to do this. When I remove the domain from the whitelist, NoScript will automatically add it to the blacklist, which is driving me mad - I do not necessarily want it to be on the blacklist as it may provide some functionality (on other websites) I don't yet know about, and by permanently blacklisting it I won't find out about it. I simply want to undo the whitelisting and restore the initial undecided state. Did I miss something or is NoScript missing such an elementary option?

Re: Lacking feature: Undo whitelisting without blacklisting
No, it shouldn't behave this way.
You've got a "Forbid xyz.com" command, which removes the site from the whitelist but doesn't add it to the blacklist, unless you're in globally allow mode or using a cascading permission option.
May I see your NoScript Options|Export output?
Doing a NoScript Options|Reset will show you how it's actually supposed to work by default, anyway.

Thank you very much for the quick responses!
That's the solution. It was set to true (no idea why, though) - I set it to false and now it works logically just like I wanted it.barbaz wrote:about:config > reset noscript.forbidImpliesUntrust to false ?
