can't flashgot links with Igetter

Post by dionisis1979 »

Hello.
I am a mac OSX user, using flashgot with Igetter.
Since yesterday I can't flashgot links. When selecting "flashgot selection" the grey "exec" window appears at the programs bar but fades out again without opening Igetter. "Flashgot all" doesn't work either. I can though "flashgot media" from the menu. As for Igetter, it works good. I also reinstalled both flashgot and Igetter but to no effect.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
Dionysis.

Please help!

Could you please show me your FlashGot Opitons|Advanced|Show Log output?
Also, could you try to uninstall iGetter (using its uninstaller program) and then reinstall it?

I uninstalled and re-installed Igetter to no effect.
I uploaded Flashgot's log file here:

Hope this works!

Thanks!

I uninstalled flashgot and installed the latest version. Still nothing.
By selecting a link and then "flashgot selection" I notice at the down right corner the name of the application (flashgot) and a blue bar filling, then disappearing, and then nothing.
Igetter is working fine by itselft (e.g. while importing a list of links in the form of a txt file).
Any other suggestion?

Does "About FlashGot" actually report 1.1.9.7?

Good point! It was 1.1.9.6 after all! At the page I followed the first link by mistake, but now I saw that the development build is the second one.
So it works now!
Thank you very much for your support.
