noscript.net has links to bad site

Hello,
the web site noscript.net contains links to liutilities.com, which is a malicious site. Many people were infected by malware after they have downloaded software from liutilities.com. Just look at http://www.mywot.com/de/scorecard/liutilities.com and http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/liutilities.com.

English is not my mother toung, so excuse me for mistakes.

I personally tested the software packages sold by Uniblue (AKA Lilutilities) in a virtual machine, and none of them contains malware.
BTW, neither MyWOT nor Siteadvisor report lilutilities.com as a malware site.
There are reviews from people who dislike the software sold there, but nothing about "malware".
