download fails

Hey guys,

hopefully here is anybody who can help me out...
if i try to download e.g. smth from youtube and click the FG button, the programm shows me tons of downloadable stuff. it wants me to choose...
a week ago a just had to push the flashgot button and he d download automatically the right (in this case (youtube) an mp4) format.
seems like something has changed or i might have to change the settings again.. just want to push the button and have the direct download..

who can help me out? any help is appreciatet:)
