Firefox startup tab errors with NoScript

Hi
I have a problem in that every time I open Firefox another tab with noscript keeps starting up. I realise that this was normal behaviour for when there is an update and this may happen once in a while. The issue is that it happens everytime I start Firefox.

What version of NoScript do you have installed?
What are the values of "noscript.badInstall" and "noscript.version" (go to about:config, then filter for those names)?
Do you have a user.js or lockpref file that sets any NoScript settings?
If not, do other preferences save correctly?

Is it the same every time?

Is it saved as a Home Page by chance?
