Is NoScript Mobile dead ?

Post by ptosch »

Hello,

I am just curious, there are no replys to my recent post ("Allow Second Level Domains" setting ?), besides activity in this forum seems to be extremely low.
Seems there are only few noscript mobile users? I hope not ;)

Or should I bother Giorgio by mail ?

Regards,
Peter

No it's not dead, but it's extremely slow, waiting for funding.
And yes, Mobile NoScript users are not many, given that they're just a subset of Firefox users on Android, i.e. not exactly a crowd...

Any chance of a blog post to talk about the progress you've made/not made and how you're finding it and how certain changes in the ecosystem are affecting development. Like the switch from XUL to Native for Firefox for Android and e10s etc? It might also help attract some funding.
