Hey.
Currently I have two places where I usually control noscript and especially give temporary permissions to sites:
a) the small noscript icon in the add-on section of the status bar
b) the yellow bar that appears on the bottom, where there is an "Options..." button
The mentu that appears when clicking of either of those are quite similar,... at least reagarding the lower entries which contain the domainnames which one can grant permanent/temporary permission.
There is however one really annoying difference in the behaviour of both:
When I grant a permission at (a), nothing happens at first, the menu stays open (till I click somewhere out of it) and I can grant permissions to further domains... but with (a), as soon as I grant one permission, the menu goes away and the site reloads immediately.
This is in most cases really stupid, since usually there are more domains of where one wants (needs) to allow scripts on a temporary basis... and the reload makes these go away again for some seconds... and you also wast time on the reloads themselves.
So pleae, let (b) behave like (a).
Cheers,
Chris.

I'm not certain that that's possible. You'll notice that the context menu isn't sticky either.
You can, however, disable automatic reloads under Options-General.

In facts, it's not possible. Just always use either the toolbar button (you can place it pretty much wherever you want) or the shortcut ctrl+shift+S.Thrawn wrote:I'm not certain that that's possible.

Well believe me, it works here (i.e. being sticky) with the context menu for the icon,... so why shouldn't it be possible with the one from the button?
After all I'd guess that both click events just spawn some menu to pop up.
Cheers,
Chris.
