I get a lot of connections to 80.157.170.xxx when I'm using NoScript.
Nearly every time when I'm visiting another site.
When I turn NoScript off the connections are gone.
Is this normal?

But it should not be "nearly every time"?
Only on browser startup & then every hour or so after that?
Disable Options | Advanced | ABE -> WAN IP & see if it stops.
