Import/export whitelist ineffective

Here's what I did that didn't work:

1. Exported the NoScript whitelist.
2. Modified the exported NoScript whitelist text file.
3. Imported the modified NoScript whitelist.

Grrrr! The whitelist displayed by NoScript options shows no changes!

Here's what did work:

1. Exported the NoScript options.
2. Modified the lines in the exported NoScript options text file that begin '"whitelist":' and '"untrusted":'.
3. Imported the modified NoScript options.

Voila! The whitelist now shows the changes I made.

I don't believe this is the way it's supposed to work. It's also much less wieldy a method of modifying the whitelist/blacklist manually.

Appears that an Export exports both (& separately) a whitelist & an options file.
Changes to the whilelist file do import.
Those same changes made to the "whitelist:" key in the options file are not reflected on an import.

Scratch that.

There are two sets of Import/Export.

There is an Import/Export for the Whitelist, & the is shown in the Whitelist tab, within the Whitelist frame.

This imports/exports only the whitelist data.

Outside of that there is a (overall) Import/Export, which is global to all Options tabs, & that imports/exports an "options" file.

Changes made to the respective output files are imported, correctly it seems, by their respective Import buttons.

A bit confusing I'd say.
