I have found that the buttons for "Revoke Temporary Permissions" and "Temporary Allow All This Page" are Greyed out. There is not even a menu any more.
Is there anyway to get them back again?
So far I have un-installed Noscript , run CCleaner and then rebooted the computer. Then installed Noscript again.
Thanks for any help

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I can't find any menu at all!! I have read some posts that have said about an options tab at the bottom but I don't have anything at all.
From what I have read it seems that maybe my Firefox Profile is corrupted. This is one of the reasons that is named by mods for many errors.
Just one other thing, nothing about Noscript, can you suggest to the person who runs this forum not to use words? I had to try 8 times as the words are so blurred it makes it impossible to enter the correct code. I even tried listening to the audio......don't even bother!!!! Only numbers work very well here as they are very clear!!
Thank you for your time

Yesterday I reset Firefox after a conflict w/Adblock and then replaced all my addons. Because the popups in NoScript were distracting, instead of disabling it through addons, which was my intent, I must have clicked on Revoke Temporary Permissions instead. At any rate, it wasn't "running" today.
Tonight I was going to build up the whitelist, but MY button is grayed out.
Unlike the problem above, I can access Options through my addons.
I was trying to UN-revoke Temporary Permissions - to start using again, but realized two things. Not only that the button is grey, but I can't figure out what to check or uncheck in Options. Being stuck, I reinstalled NoScript. (I am a novice to it.)
I have a red NS button in menu (to customize toolbar), but I don't think that switching the red for the grayed out button is the ideal solution - or would even work.
With the second install, at least the warnings are back as I open new windows.
So, what would I uncheck or check to UnGray my button? And hey, my button is stuck.
Thank you.

When the button gets grayed out, any related messages in the Browser Console? (Ctrl-Shift-J)
Please create a clean profile from scratch. Install only NoScript, leaving all the defaults.
Does the problem still exist? If so, backup your profile to an external disk and try uninstalling Firefox completely (opt to keep your user data). Then reinstall Firefox from a fresh installer downloaded from here. Does that fix it?
If the issue doesn't exist in a completely clean profile, try exporting your NoScript Options (using the button on the very bottom of NS Options), then import to the clean profile with the button on the very bottom of NoScript Options. Restart Fx into the clean profile (which now has all your NoScript configuration). Does that reproduce the issue in the clean profile?
Let us know, thanks.
