Just recently my NS has started to confuse permanent allows w temporary allows,an I continually have to reauthorize sites when starting a session.Also when I temp allow w multiple tabs open,revoking temp when done will unauthorize perm allows.I've tried to reset to default,but the problem persists.Any idea's?

Does this happen in a new profile?
If so, try uninstaling Firefox (opt to keep your user data), then reinstall Firefox downloading a fresh installer from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org ... esr/win32/.
If not, try Standard Diagnostic on your normal profile, leaving NoScript enabled the whole time.
