Firefox 30-no auto restart

I have found in FF 30 that after enabling or disabling NoScript and hitting restart now, the auto restart feature doesn't work. I have to kill FF in Task manager and click on icon to restart. Any hints?

No such troubles here.
When restart doesn't work, anything related in the Browser Console? (Ctrl-Shift-J)
