PhonePower Click2Dial Add-On Extension Breaks NoScript

Post by srelliott »

Title pretty much says it all. Scripts weren't showing up on the drop down menu for me to allow or block.

Thanks for the great article, which helped me troubleshoot the problem down to the PhonePower add-on.

If you already installed the PhonePower add-on you can resolve the issue by following these two steps:

- Disable the extension add-on.
- In the FireFox profile folder delete the following line in extensions.ini:
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\PhonePower\PhonePowerClick2Dial\FireFox
Hope this saves someone some time.

Cheers!

PS - This issue really reminded me just how much I rely on NoScript everyday for a safer, more pleasant web browsing experience. I've decided to make another donation. Thanks again!

Yes, it is. You can optionally install it while installing the VOIP softphone.
