Setting ABE to allow akamaihd.net in facebook.com only

I entered this in options > advanced > ABE > rulesets > USER:

Accept from .facebook.com .fbcdn.net
Deny INCLUSION(SCRIPT, OBJ, SUBDOC)

However, when I go to facebook.com, parts of the page won't load, and NoScript says that content from .akamaihd.net has been forbidden to run:


I'm new to using NoScript and ABE, so help is appreciated. I'm using NoScript 2.6.8.26, Firefox 29.0.1 on Windows 7. My NoScript settings: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=UWav7Ev8

ABE is completely unrelated to the regular script-blocking.

So, if you want scripts to be allowed sometimes, you first need to allow them via the regular script-blocking; then ABE can decide *where* they will be allowed.
