temporary authorization only on one tab

(i search, but don't find in "option" and forum...sorry if there is already an answer...)

Is this possible (and how) to temporarily give a permission on ONLY ONE tab ?

i have anexemple where this is really important for me : like with the googleapi or facebook identification 's scripts...
i don't want all my tab relaod (and give cookies! )...
