I'm curious about the two new features being implemented

+ noscript.cascadePermissions preliminary backend implementation
+ noscript.restrictSubdocScripting preliminary backend implementation

Does Giorgio speaks about them somewhere ? Or maybe the source code contains useful comments, in which case, is it hosted on Github or something ?
