The status bar option becomes obsolete with the next Firefox version (that is planned to feature the new "Australis" UI), other than that I couldn't find any apparent problems from Noscript's side from what I've seen (but I predict a lot of anger from Firefox users in general).

It may be worth learning as many NoScript keyboard shortcuts as possible, since they hopefully won't go away as easily as the icon(s)...
