Updated to 1.9.5 this morning: can no longer spawn new windows. New tabs work. Disabling NoScript fixes the problem
How do I get back to a non-beta version? (Direct link please, as the RSS feed only gets me 10 links and 1.9.4.1 still has the problem).

Re: 1.9.5 Breaks New Window (CTRL + N)
This is definitely an extension conflict. I cannot reproduce it in any way.
I'd appreciate you to perform Standard Diagnostic while keeping NoScript enabled in order to find which other extension conflicts with NoScript causing this issue.
However:
Stable versions: http://noscript.net/feed
Beta versions: http://noscript.net/feed?t=b
More than 10 builds: http://noscript.net/feed?c=100

Sorry for the trouble: deleting the extension files in the profile fixed the problem.
