cannot watch any flash videos

I try to watch flash video's and I cannot find any way to open them. Im really not that computer savvy and need a little help... what can I click on to watch these vids? My daughter is in compter generated movie making and so on and she sends me these vids, but I cannot watch them.

Are you able to save these & open them externally in a media player?
What media player are you using?
What happens when you try to open them in a media player?

For some reason all the flash videos stopped working for me yesterday. Thought it was flash acting up, uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing. It wasn't until I went to Help > Restart with Add-Ons disabled on my Firefox. Then all of the flash videos worked again. So it was narrowed down to Adblock or Noscript. Disabled Noscript and videos worked. Can only assume something went wrong with the recent update.

Loved using noscript but this needs to get fixed before I can use it again.

BTW My flash didn't work so it blocked it. It even tried to block me from downloading from adobe flash, the button would keep sending me to the adobe homepage. Just turning off noscript and flash works.
