When NoScript enabled, the HTML tab's Shade Box Model doesn't work.
Globally allowing scripts while NoScript is enabled didn't fix it.
I got it to work by disabling the NoScript addon completely (Disable all protections) which is obviously not a good solution.

And here's the fun part -- disabling and re-enabling NoScript has fixed the problem.
My guess is something didn't get upgraded correctly since I've been using NoScript forever.
Regardless, I think we can safely disregard this issue.
