I would also suggest that you reconsider why you want to do this.
If it is for privacy, then you're using the wrong tool. Use something like Adblock Plus.
If you want to allow only selected subdomains of akamaihd, then you can enable that in Options-Appearance.
Otherwise, do you trust akamai or not?
