user permissions...i think!

I was having problems with facebook and insecure content and remembered someone recommended no script. I installed it had no idea what I was supposed to do and decided to get rid of it, just from the actual no script page - not the correct way, It presented me with 3 options but i remember it said something about full permissions and I think I pressed that.
Now when I try and load chrome only half of the logo appears etc not sure what Ive done or how to rectify this.
Any help please.

When you say "try and load chrome", can you explain what you mean? If it's something to do with the Chrome browser, then that's unrelated to NoScript.
