I've noticed this of late... Page Refresh Needed for Video to Load, sometimes, at some sites.
URL: http://www.horrors.ws/film/nosferatu-ei ... rror-1922/
Load page.
In place of the video you get (a Frame, from vk.com) with "JavaScript and Cookies need to be supported in order to use the site..."
Allow: horror.ws, vk.com
The page does a NoScript refresh.
Still no video, only the same message about "JavaScript & Cookies".
Do a Page Refresh.
Now the video loads (from vk, where it is hosted).

Re: Page Refresh Need for Video to Load
I've also noticed similar behavior on soundcloud where I set custom cookies and only use Temp-Allow. I may be wrong, but I think, it's because a "NoScript refresh" reads as much as possible from the cache, so any cookies that get set in the meanwhile may not be sent to the server where required because no request is actually repeated after setting the cookies.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
