Help to understand the NoScript status bar

Post by Emil »

Hello! first I would like to thank you for making this wonderful app. My computer is very slow and prone to seizing up if coming under heavy script bombardment. I use Noscript to basically mass paralize any script heavy website, and then manually allow the content I want to see through.

I came here mainly to gain some insight into the noscript status bar, since I couldn't find an explanation anywhere. anyways,

example:

Scripts Partially Allowed, 1/5 (youtube.com) | <SCRIPT>:144 | <OBJECT>: 0

I understand this as 1 of 5 scripts are being allowed, that script being youtube. however, what does SCRIPT and OBJECT show, and what does the number next to them mean? :)

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Kind regards, Emil

They are the actual numbers of SCRIPT tags and plugin objects.
