FlashGot no longer working

Geeze I've been reading all the FAQs, forums titles and bodies but I don't have any idea which one is right for my situation. FlashGot has been working great until today. In the browser under tools it's there except for Flashgot media. It's grayed out. So I installed the latest a few minutes ago, restarted Firefox and I can't get it to show in my lower browser nor can I go to tools to click the media button.

I have Windows 7 and have been using FlashGot for months now, until today. Any suggestions. Oh when I go to my Add-ons it show its there and working, no errors to be found.

Okay got it working (sort of). The little media icon showed up on 3 of 4 downloads that are on the same page. Go figure, I think it's playing with me. I saw a post where it said to go and right click on any toolbar and see if it's hiding, then drag it out. That didn't work besides 3 out of 4 downloads that are side by side worked. I'm a documentation person and know NOTHING much about computer and IT, software workings. So I stil need help.
