[INVALID] a little brown window that pops up

i happened to restart firefox today and it updated my addons when it did so, including noscript. now, when i first open a page a little brown window pops up in the top right hand corner of the page showing all the scripts that i am currently not allowing. this window is on top of the page, but within it. and stays in that location regardless of how i scroll the webpage i happen to be on. after 15 seconds the window goes away. how do i turn this window off? it's very annoying.

Maybe Ghostery?
I'd recommend Standard Diagnostic to find out.
