Dear sir,
When I allow a site (ex. youtube.com), youtube is allowed to run. Some sites have youtube videos embedded in their pages. Here also youtube is allowed. Please give an option to block youtube in such situations.
If there is already a method to do this, please help me.

Do you trust YouTube videos to be safe for your computer?
If they're safe, then there is no reason to block them on other sites.
If they're not safe, then you should not allow youtube.com at all.
NoScript is for keeping you safe, not necessarily for helping you manage multimedia playback.
However, you can achieve this using ABE, or RequestPolicy, or perhaps using FlashBlock (which is not a security tool, but will serve the purpose here).
