mozilla.org (whitelist) + google-analytics (whitelist) e.q. equivalent AdBlock disabled rule google-analytics.com$~mozilla.org
but not for
opera.com (whitelist) + google-analytics (blocklist) e.q. equivalent AdBlock enabled rule opera.com$~third-party

How on exception for enabling so as google-analytics.com only on a site mozilla.org, mozilla.com but not on opera.com automatically without need still switching and reloading page?
