When I shift+click on a script, the right click function stops working until I open a new window. This didn't happen before, until a few days ago. Should I try reinstalling NoScript?
Thanks.

Can you confirm for certain that its even a NoScript issue?
I suggest you do a clean profile with only NS and then repeat to see if you get the same result.
If so, then we know its us and we will look into it, if not then you have something else with a keyboard hook that is messing with you.

No troubles here. After shift-clicking on a menu item, I can still right-click on anything. If you're referring to the ability to right-click on a site (on the NoScript menu) to copy its name to the clipboard, that works too.
