LOL! False alarm. There's a gif animation on the background. But... I noticed the code for changing BG color and thought that it works behind NoScript...

If you would like to stop animations and blinkings, you can:
Animation:
In the URL bar, type in "about:config"
o In the filter bar type "anim"
o Double click on image.animation_mode and in the window that pops up change the setting from "normal" to either "none" or "once".
Blink:
o In the URL bar, type in "about:config"
o In the filter bar type "blink"
o Double click on browser.blink_allowed so it is set to "false".
