Permisions window bug when other mouse actions present

When other mouse actions such as entering google search criteria entered into firefox toolbar and choosable options drop down you can't view the permissions window hovering over no-script icon. The area (perimeter) is shadowed against the screen background but permissions are not shown.
This has been persistant for me for the last three builds of no-script.
Using win7 64 firefox (latest) no-script (latest).

This does not always occur from the example shown. When it does occur it is not resloved by repeated mouse overs but clicking the mouse else where does resolve it.
Also using sandboxie (latest).
