Yotube Video on locale safed File never works

Hello

I have a Problem with Youtube Videos. Only with Noscript 1.9.38 and 1.9.39.
Noscript 1.9.37 and older Versions works fine.

I create t a html File embedding Youtube Videos, only commercial tings.

I use a code like this:

The On-line Version works fine. Only the locale Version never works.
There only White blank areas. I use Firefox 3.0.10 on Windows xp SP3

The error Console have three Messages:
