Someone spammed my other post...is this something I need to report...or is it just something that usually happens here...??

Occasionally spambots will spam the site and we take care of it within minutes, so just move on, its fine.

Its ok, welcome, but reporting is almost never required as we snipe them very quickly. I myself monitor the site nearly 20 hours a day and given that mods live in various time zones, those hours often overlap and provide a very solid net.
