Still getting 'Scripts Partially allowed' after allowing all

Even though I give permission for all scripts to run on a webpage still get message that "scripts partially allowed." Even for the NoScript website, I get this message. When I go to options there is nothing to click on to permit any remaining scripts. What gives?

Which sites appear on your NoScript menu?
