Scripts Globally Allowed (Dangerous)

The other day while hovering over the no script icon i noticed the site had been approved without my approval. Checking in the general window under "Scripts Globally Allowed (Dangerous)" there was a tic in the box a tic i didn't put there. Other extensions may play a factor they are No Trace and Request Policy both Firefox extensions. For some reason that tic keeps reappearing in that box.. I didn't know i could bring this here a moderator at the Mozilla forum was nice enough to give me the address.. I'll try to check back from time to time to give you any updates..

Do changes to your other extensions persist?

Do the changes to NoScript revert if you first have disabled all other extensions?
And then if need be, also disabled all plugins?
