FlashGot not downloading PDF files from some site

Its working perfect on some sites but on some its downloading files but they are not in pdf and I can't even turn them in PDF.
I tried selecting only pdf type and I tried all file types but still nothing.
I realized that when I scroll over pdf file on those sites that are working it shows me link in the bottom left corner, and sites where it doesn't want to download PDF files its says "javascript" in the bottom left corner.
I can download them individually which means files are there and good but no idea why I can't download multiple pdfs using Flashgot.

Any idea what's going on?

Short answer: FlashGot can't tell that the link is a PDF link, because the link runs JavaScript, and FlashGot doesn't try to interpret the JavaScript and figure out what it does. It could do anything.

I'm not sure whether there is a workaround for this?

How are you attempting the download?
(Alt+clicking may react differently then clicking & waiting for the prompt to download [assuming you do not have a plugin installed].)

I'd guess that some sites use a POST instead of GET kind of thing & cannot be captured with a download manager but must go through browser built-in. (Like the IRS when you file a tax return online...)

I tried right click and Flahgot All or right click and Downloadthem all but I'm not getting PDF files.
When I do Alt +clicking it starts download but still no PDF.
