When I set the about:config preference noscript.recentlyBlockedCount (default is 10) to 0, it always shows 1 entry instead of 0.
Setting noscript.showRecentlyBlocked to false then back to true does not erase the log, and re-increasing the noscript.recentlyBlockedCount brings back the old entries too.
I don't want to obsessively click reset to clear the log.
old thread for same problem didn't help me:

Re: Disable "Recently blocked sites" log
It would appear that recentlyblockedsites is a memory object.
And that it is maintained regardless of any settings.
The most a user can do is to limit what does or does not display & to what extent.
Perhaps the one item that displays when set to '0' is a bug?
(-1 did not help either.)

Re: Disable "Recently blocked sites" log
Might there be a temp file somewhere I can corrupt or delete?
Couldn't find anything related no noscript on my computer though..
