"Allow scripts globally" warning message shows "\n" escapes

Post by sourcejedi-i-know-my-username-is-used-i-registered-it-why-not-let-me-log-in »

Firefox 20.0 on Ubuntu 13.04. Noscript 2.6.6. But I've been noticing this for a while now.

Right click -> Noscript menu -> Allow scripts globally produces this message box:
Scripts are going to be allowed globally (for every site).\nThis is a potentially dangerous action.\nDo you really want to proceed?

(Don't know why you cannot log in? You get a message of some sort?)

Not seeing \n on Windows.
Any other Linux users care to look.

I typed a message, entered my user "sourcejedi" as the user, and was told I couldn't use that username. I wasn't logged in at the time. So I had to choose a different username to submit the post with :).

I wasn't going to faff around with anything like trying to log in using the link. The quirks on this forum have a history of eating my data, so I wanted to get it posted.

It happens that this is a new machine. But in any case I don't tend to grant many sites permission to keep cookies (and hence logins) after the browser is closed.

Actually, I see the same thing. I don't often see it, of course, and had forgotten to mention it.
