[Resolved] Yellow status bar & "temporarily allow" menu gone

Sometime in the past couple of weeks, I seem to have lost the yellow status bar icon along with the menu of sites to block or allow. Found the toolbar icons for "temporarily allow all" and "temporarily block all" and am limping by, but not sure how to get back the standard interface?

FF 19.0 - OS X 10.6.8 - NS 2.6.5.9
