NoScript and Firefox 19.0.2

Since the latest update to firefox (19 and up) my NoScript stopped working. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it is still seems to be dead. Any ideas?

What does or does it not do?
Icon show up?
Context menu open?

Icon does not show up, menu on the bottom does not show up, no context manu. But if I look at the add ons screen, it is there, updates and active
