[RESOLVED]Upload to Dropbox requires google-analytics script

Post by iDrugoy »

Upload to Dropbox requires google-analytics script to be allowed. As far as I know - there is a surrogate for that, but I couldn't find info about how surrogates work. If I allow this script - what will it send to Google if I have the surrogate?

If you allow google-analytics, you'll be tracked.
The surrogate is supposed to help the page work-around the analytics script requirement, and it works as long as you block the script.
If it doesn't work, it probably needs to be updated and this require further investigation.
Could you tell me if you can see any Google Analytics-related error message in your Error Console (Ctrl+Shift+J) if you block the script?
Alternatively, could you give me step-by-step instructions to reproduce?

nvm, seems like it was a coincidence that uploading files failed when that script was blocked and worked fine when it was allowed.
Now the uploading successfully works even with the script being blocked.
