When using the Stumbleupon toolbar in Firefox 19.0, website discovery doesn't seem to work. A pop-up window appears saying that the toolbar can configure NoScript automatically. Clicking the button in that box seems to still not do the trick. stumbleupon.com and recapcha.net are both on the whitelist.
I'm sure there's something I'm missing, what is it?

I can "like" pages that Stumbleupon has seen already, but new pages ("discoveries") fail. All discoveries, as far as I can tell. Stumbleupon toolbar is 4.16, error console shows:

Error: ReferenceError: $ is not defined

It seems they fail to load some library (jQuery, probably).
Could you right-click on the popup and reach for the NoScript icon, to see if there's something else to be allowed?

I wish it were that simple. The popup is one of those type that disallows right-clicking. Using the context menu key on the keyboard also doesn't work.

Is there anything in the Recently Blocked Sites submenu?

Re: Stumbleupon discovery not working in 2.6.5.7
Hey, good call Thrawn! Looking at that list led me to the answer.
The popup box said to be sure that stumbleupon.com and recapcha.net need to be whitelisted. Apparently there is a third domain, stumble-upon.com, that also needs to be whitelisted. Now the discovery function works from the toolbar.
Thanks for the help.

You're welcome
. Thanks for coming back to let us know. Maybe you could let the Stumbleupon people know as well...
Personally, I wouldn't be comfortable with letting another addon configure NoScript for me, but I can understand why they do it. And they deserve credit for building NoScript awareness into their addon.
Any further issues, just ask.
