Permissions Not Stored After Force HTTPS

I had placed some sites on allow and some on untrusted and then when I updated the domain list in my force HTTPS and restarted the browser, going back to the sites that were previously decided as trusted/untrusted, they were not on either list. Why are the permissions disappearing and not being saved?

You already know my browser version and I am running 1.9.3.2 of NoScript. I have already done the usual and reset my NoScript even so I need something more than that.

No, it happened twice, once on a Win7 machine and once on an Ubuntu machine, hence why I thought it might be worth looking into, two separate types of systems and unless I made the same mistake EXACTLY the same way twice, it would seem more than coincidence. Not exactly something I can reproduce, its one of those things that just happens and you notice, you know what I mean? If it hadn't happened the second time, I probably would have just shrugged it off.
