I think there should be the possibilty to lock the noscript options, in particular the whitelist. Anyone curious about my browsing history will find every site ever whitelisted by me.
If there is allready such a feature i am sorry for not finding it.

Lock the properties or whitelist

Re: Lock the properties or whitelist
This has been raised before, but I don't think it's correct, unless you're talking about someone else sharing the same computer? In which case, if you don't trust each other, you should have separate accounts (as a minimum).
Websites should not be able to read your whitelist.
If you're really concerned, you can allow sites only temporarily, and they will be dropped when the browser is closed.

Actually, that article is about preventing preferences from being modified, whereas OP was about preventing them from being *read* by anyone else. Still useful in some circumstances, like rolling out a standard whitelist to an organisation, which has been requested before; thanks for spotting it.

The only way to accomplish this is using separate OS accounts and encrypting your documents folder.ganzengraf wrote:I think there should be the possibilty to lock the noscript options, in particular the whitelist. Anyone curious about my browsing history will find every site ever whitelisted by me.
