Windows 7 x64
Firefox 18 Beta 2
NoScript 2.6.3rc4 (but this also happens with 2.6.2)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the following Twitter tweet that has a link to an outside site: https://twitter.com/PaniniAmerica/statu ... 1884121089
2. Click on the link in the message (it's the fb.me link which is translated into a t.co link before you can get to Facebook)
What happens:
Nothing. When you click on the link, a blank window shows up with the t.co link in the address bar.
Also, if I copy and paste the Facebook link text into the Firefox's address bar, it doesn't load as well.
Work around:
Completely disable NoScript. Not even allowing scripts Globally will allow those links to work.

Works for me. Is your profile corrupted?

Hmmm, it might be at least somewhat corrupted.
Still doesn't explain why disabling NoScript complete will let it work. Might just have to completely uninstall NoScript and reinstall it to see if that helps.
