RFE: Anti-Middle clicking NoScript's toolbar button TAA

Oh, perhaps of value?

If an middle click of the toolbar button TAA's, & pushed that information, then a (Ctrl|Shift|Alt)+middle click could revoke permissions of (pop) the sites that were TA'd.

Kind of like a mini-Revoke Temporary Permissions, revoking only a subset of all TA's.

(Middle click alone could not act as a toggle because once middle-clicked there could be more sites picked up with a subsequent middle-click.)

Oh, & the same could apply to the Revoke Temporary Permissions context menu.

I'd be concerned about putting too much whitelisting power in the hands of a single click...too easy to do by mistake.

Also, how would this behave if someone removes the TAA option from the menu (which I always do)? Conceptually I would think that it should not fire, but that would mean extra work for Giorgio.

A keyboard shortcut might be a better option...if there's one spare...you can set up your own if you want?

It exists already, by middle-clicking the NoScript icon. So context menu is immaterial.

My thought is that if you go to a particular site, & TAA, if you popped those URL onto a stack, then when done, you could Revoke only those particular URLs without Revoking All (which is the only way to Revoke Temporary Permissions now).

Hmm...I see.

How would it be to just add a 'Revoke All Temporary Permissions this page' option on the menu? No need to keep a stack, just revoke any temporary permissions that currently appear on the menu.

hello,

I vote up for feature "revoke all temp permissions on the site" as very natural opposition of TAA and so very useful especially for those who analyse sites' scripting a much. Also, to be closer to implementation, one issue is how to manage temporary allowed sites which are also allowed for other domains - revoke permissions for them too (which influence other opened sites), or just skip them leaving those other sites intact.

thank you for the great addon and hope this feature is feasible and will be in todo list :)
